Open Frequency is a forum for curators to nominate artists living and working
across the UK, and presents an eclectic group of new artists each month.

This year, artists are nominated by:

Adelaide Bannerman (independent curator, London), Andrew Hunt (curator, International Project Space, Birmingham), Cathy Lomax (director, Transition, London), Claudia Zeiske (director, Deveron Arts, Aberdeenshire), Donna Lynas (director, Wysing Art Centre, Cambridge), Jenny Brownrigg (curator, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee), Richard Higlett (artist and co-director of Mermaid and Monster, Cardiff) and Russell Roberts (Senior Research Fellow Centre for Photographic Research, University of Wales).

New artists are selected throughout each month - click on the artwork to view the artist's profile, which includes recent artworks and new writing.
